We entered the Dalemaine Marmalade Awards for the first time and achieved a “commended” with our Seville Marmelade. That’s an achievement, but our customers say more. Last year we sold over a thousand pound jars of Seville Marmalade from February to August, so this year we hand cut 1400 jars of Seville Marmalade, 800 of Oxford (rich, dark Seville) and 600 of Whisky Marmalade.
